“I have scoliosis, a mild case but it still causes a ton of back pain. I feel like maybe the measurements on mine were off or it's just not thick enough, I might as well just use a couple of regular pillows. I'm really disappointed, especially with such high reviews. It may work for some but for me it didn't. I also don't think it was firm enough to keep the gap between my legs the way they should be and I'm not a big girl I'm 5"1" and 125lbs so it should have been able to keep my legs separated not sunk down back together. Disappointed.”
“Initially I loved this pillow - it worked well to relieve sciatica and bursitis that was so severe I had to get up several times a night to relieve it. Unfortunately the pillow flattened considerably within less than 6 months, so that my knees were touching. I tried adding folded towels etc to improve the support, but ended up trying a different pillow. I think these pillows would benefit from an air bladder to allow users to increase support.”
“I actually bought 2 different brands of these knee pillows. I bought the knee pillow also on TRAKK..first and loved it a lot. My legs really hurt when sleeping on my side. I used to stuff a pillow between them. The night I first used this pillow I slept like a dream. It was so amazing that I began to research for a pillow cover. The zipper on the cover would hit my legs a bit, no big deal. So I saw ComfiLife Orthopedic Knee Pillow. Don't ask me why, I bought this pillow as well. This is about 2 weeks into my new knee pillow fetish. The Comfilife was a much denser memory foam and provided a lot more support for my legs. Both were shaped exactly the same. Both had a zipper with a little annoyance. First, let me say that both are really good pillows. At this point I tend to like the firmer Comfilife and start out with that pillow but as the night wears on I switch to the knee pillow which is a lot softer.. So How do I advise you when you are trying to decide. First, if you are a side sleeper, these are great. If you are a petite person definitely choose the Side Sleepers Knee pillow. If you are a heavier build, you will most likely enjoy the Confilife. However, if you are like me you will buy both and enjoy having a choice during your sleeping hours. They are both really good. Hope this helps.”
“This knee/thigh cushion has helped me get relief from a hip ache when I sleep. I put it around my knees, and it seems to level up my hips to take some of the pressure off of the hips when I sleep. I have washed the cover, and it laundered fine. I hung it to dry; not for the dryer; the cushion itself is not washable.”
“Works well for hip and low back pain. Very firm foam. The cover did get pilled very fast but that is just a cosmetic issue. I like that the cover can be taken off to be washed.”
“The pillow gives me much better support than a regular pillow. Much better spacing. Pain has lessened a bit. The only downside is the cover is extremely difficult to get on and of to wash. Ripped while trying to get back on.”
“I ordered this pillow based on the previous reviews and the reviews were right. This is a large pillow that comes inside of a washable cover. It fits my legs perfectly and holds my knees apart so that I can sleep comfortably.I have OA in my knees and finding a comfortable sleeping position is very hard. With this pillow is is very easy to get comfortable now.My knees don't touch which is the main reason why I could not get comfortable.Having my knees touch made the arthritis much more painful while I was laying down in bed. With this pillow, I no longer have this problem.”
