“Not sure what is going on with my unit. The tips don't want to stay on. that is on the lowest setting. the device is to big for our hands. I have good size hands and it is not comfortable holding it. Worse for my G/F's hands which are smaller.At the lowest level of intensity, it feels too ruff. the ball tips feels like hard plastic. my first device purchased has a rubberized head on it. it does have multiple settings like this one does but feels much better.I thought having multiple settings would be better, but it was not in this case.Maybe this is for a much more experienced user or an actual massage therapist and not a simple home user.Unfortunately we will not be keeping this.I think for someone who is really fit, maybe muscular, this might be designed for that type of body. For a flabby-ish body this might be too powerful.Hope this helps with your decision if you are looking for a device that can have intense settings. This one is for you!”
