“Unit was nice while it was working, but it stopped working in about 6 weeks and I am finding no way to return it. We are about 2 weeks beyond the one month TRAKK allowed window of return and there is no information in what was shipped in finding anything about the company, website or phone number that could give us any means of trying to return this defective product.”
“When pressing the gun against a muscle, the vibration of the gun weakens. Dramatically. So this is not for deep tissue use. Even at the highest speed (6), as I dig the gun into my quads, for instance, it prohibits the gun from doing its job. As a result, the battery also drains rapidly...I have used expensive guns (Hypervolt), and as you drive the gun into the muscle for deep tissue access, and the power / speed goes unaffected. I understand that there are a lot of positive reviews, but just as an FYI, this is not for deep tissue (CrossFit) recovery...”
“Mine will not turn on after it's 3rd use. I am unsure as to why. It worked fine until placed back on the charger but now will no longer function at all”
