“I had injured my lower back again and already knew the process of what to do. Ice and patience. My brother recommended that I try this device since someone had recommended it to him and he swore by it. At first, I didn't trust the device from the pictures because It didn't make sense that it would work. Well like usual I was wrong. I started by using it on the first setting and lying on it twice a day for 5-7 minutes each time. Within a week my back pain was gone and I was mobile again. Normally it would take me weeks and a cane to get better. I still use it almost everyday usually the day after a workout in the morning and I feel great for the rest of the day. Great product!”
“I rarely write reviews but after 2 weeks of using the back stretcher I can honestly say it has helped my back in a miraculous way. I had a snowboard accident many years ago and compressed lower lumbars and mid back. A few months ago I reinjured it and have been in constant pain, even after weekly physical therapy, massage, etc. After my first session I felt the pain had subsided, and literally haven't had any pain or only low level 1 pain for two weeks.
