It wasn't what I was looking for. I was looking for something for neck relief and stretching.

I am definitely enjoying this in between chiropractor visits. It is a little weird to put together but I feel much better after using. Follow the directions, as you should start at the lowest level first and then move up. It definitely puts pressure on my “hot spots' and relieves the pain

So I read the reviews and some said it sucks at first but it gets better. First day I hurt. I was not comfortable. I really wanted to say screw it. After five minutes I stopped and thought this item usless. However I noticed later on my back wasn't hurting like it normally does. Second day it sucked but I knew what to expect. I'm getting to the point where I can tell the days I forget to use this. I'm still on the lowest level and it's working. Don't give up it gets better!

I bought this for my husband to relieve some of his chronic back pain. I have heard nothing but complaint's from him since it has arrived. First of all, the little plastic spikes make it extremely uncomfortable to use. They dig into your back in a very painful way, and even after laying a towel over it and wearing a sweater my husband still had imprints from them on his back when he was done.Secondly, and most importantly, my husband first tried it on level one, and when he felt no stretch, he moved it to level two. He felt some more relief than he did on level one, but when he asked me if I wanted to try it, and we moved it back to level one, the plastic arch is now unable to sit securely in the level one position and and is stuck in an arch that makes it impossible for it to go back down to one. This also means that it will no longer sit flat in the storage position as well.
