“This may be for a lady but a 200 lb. Man and I use for my back and it fit fine. Ice packs are great and nice that you get 2. Each pac last approx. 2 hr. Had bruised ribs and without ice to hold them in so I could cough.”
“Great for lower back pain I rarely write reviews but this is terrific. All others I've seen are straight across the back but because of its shape this gives the relief in the lower back that I need. I've only had it a few days so I can't say how it will hold up but don't see how it wouldn't. Velcro is stron and stays in place. Love that it came with 2 gel packs.”

“Ordered for personal use and have only used it 'hot" both for my lower back and, on occasion, for my knee also. Does take about 55 to 65 seconds in my microwave to heat fully but lasts for awhile after that.Highly recommend.”
“It works well overall. I dowish they would stay cold a little longer. However they last as long as Drs recommend Icing (20 mins) and it probably last double that or more. I'm waiting for someone to invent electric ice pack, so it can be worn all day. Until then this willhave to do!”
