“This Ice Pack is great, lasts longer than the 20 minutes recommended by my back doctor. I love that it comes with 2 Gel Packs, so one for hot and one for cold. Seller was great and I got this very quickly. Extremely satisfied. Replaces the PEAS Ice Pack from CVS which didn't last 20 minutes and ripped..”

“Great on lower back and hip pain The coolness is perfect!Great having 2 ice packages! Molds or conforms easily around the hip/back area. The belt stretch is comfortable!I wish I weighed have found this years ago! I have chronic lower back and sciatic pain.”
