“This Ice Pack is great, lasts longer than the 20 minutes recommended by my back doctor. I love that it comes with 2 Gel Packs, so one for hot and one for cold. “The coolness is perfect!Great having 2 ice packages! Molds or conforms easily around the hip/back area. The belt stretch is comfortable!I wish I weighed have found this years ago! I have chronic lower back and sciatic pain.”
