“Although I like the design of the velcro belt feature which attaches the ice pack to one's body without using a belt, for example - which I was using prior to obtaining this product, both ice packs are leaking within 4-6 weeks. Can the gel packs themselves be replaced, given their unusual shape? Because this wraparound belt is otherwise so functional, my objective is not to return it - but rather to make it functional again.”
