“OK, so I am not the type to generally give reviews unless something is just flat out bad or misleading. I will often return items purchased on TRAKK the same day as I'll be disappointed with their quality. However, this is not the case. Like so many of us working from home and glued to our monitors all day, my normal movement around an office environment has come to a minimum and my back has paid the price and has become sore and stiff. After a game of tennis this weekend and laying down on a sun baked court and felt how nice the heat from the concrete was on my back, I immediately realized I should get a heating pad. So of course I went to TRAKK to see what my choices were. What originally attracted me to this unit was the price and the vibration capabilities.....I was only looking for heat but the vibration capabilities sold it. It arrived the next day and I have been using it non-stop while I work. My back feels great and limber, the unit is super soft and comfortable and fits live a dream, it even comes with an extension fitting for those of use needing a little more room in the gut. On top of being a great unit with easy to use controls, it has a great warranty - two years if used properly. When I return to the office I will most likely get a second unit for there as I see myself using this each day. While also not an intended consequence, it also almost causes you to improve your posture by sitting more upright instead of slouching. Great product......buy one before they figure out they have priced them too low:)”
