The heat produced isn't overwhelming like in some products I've tried and the gentle vibration helps massage mild to moderate muscle aches in the lower back area. I have to utilize the extender belt that comes with it and as long as you put the belt on while you are standing, it fits snugly when you sit. I have no complaints about this product and the extended warrantee you get for registering the product give me peace of mind that this product will last a while.”

I read several good reviews and after throwing my back out (yet again) a couple days ago and with subpar pain relief from typical aspirin and back braces I thought I'd give it a try. Wowza. I'm pretty sure I have a herniated disc but the gentle heat and adjustable massage shhhh'd all that away.
