4.9 Rating 495 Reviews
This heating pad is microwaveable for heat therapy...also can be stored in the freezer for cold therapy....just take it out of the refrigerator and apply to affected area....afterwards, put in microwave for continued heat treatment...very convenient..double duty...no cords or electricity.....so far, so good....

This works best as an ice pack. When used for heat, the pack doesn't emit warmth for more than ten minutes if that. It is a well made product and should last a long time.

I absolutely love this heating pack! I use it every night before bed. It is so durable and holds heat for a long time! It does smell a little of rice when you first heat it up, but that's because it is rice! I never thought of using rice inside of a heating pack and it's perfect! I also read you can use it as a cooling pack but I haven't needed to try that out yet. So worth the buy.

Very useful! Very useful! When I need heat treatment to loosen tense muscles, 2 min in the microwave is all I need before I turn in. Keeps warm most of the night. When it gets cold outside, provides a nice extra heat source (like a water bottle).
