“This pillow is so versatile. I didn't understand the strange way the cutouts are on this pillow until I moved it around in different positions. Even when not sleeping this pillow gives excellent support when I use it on my recliner watching TV, it cradles between the shoulder blades perfectly and the neck support lands in the exact perfect spot for neck support, if you want to sleep on your side you flipIt in a different direction, if you want to sleep on your back you twist it in another direction. You just have to figure out which end up or down or back to front works best for whatever position your sitting or sleeping in. I ordered myself a second one! This way I have one in my bedroom and one in the living room it gives excellent support for back, shoulders and neck!!”
“This was my first time trying a formed, non-traditional pillow. It seems to be a very nice quality for the price. It comes with a cover (looks like the picture) that can be zipped off for washing. If you lay on your back or your side, it cradles your head in a nice aligned position. The only problem is me I'm a sprawler.I sleep in all kinds of weird contorted positions, mostly on my side or twisted partly onto my stomach and because of this, my arms are everywhere. This pillow has two spots that side sleepers are supposed to be able to slide arms under. But that doesn't provide me the freedom/variety I need for all my positions. I suppose if my sleep positions were more like the photos of people sleeping on their sides it would be fine. But I think I need to go back to traditional pillows where you can slide an arm anywhere under the pillow for the perfect position. With this (or I imagine any structured pillow of this memory foam type), the shape basically dictates where your arms can be. Too bad for me, but I don't see it as a fault of this product.”

“Very nice quality pillow. I just sleep too weirdly to benefit from it. This was my first time trying a formed, non-traditional pillow. It seems to be a very nice quality for the price. “I can't compare this to any other pillow like it since it's the first I've bought like this but what I can say is there is a very noticeable difference between this pillow and your standard pillow. And considering this one was one of the cheapest I could find I'd say it was worth the extra money. I've only had it for a few weeks and while it hasn't eliminated my back and neck pains throughout the day, it is extremely comfortable, I fall asleep much faster, and pain/stiffness is significant reduced while sleeping with it which is all I really could ask for from a pillow.”
“OMG, where has this pillow been all my life? It is completely brilliant. My neck and shoulder pain went away almost overnight. I've always struggled with the fact that I'm a side sleeper but I have broad shoulders so my shoulders always feel crunched against the bed if my pillow is too low or my neck starts to hurt if my pillow is too high. I cannot tell you how perfect this is. It's also allowed me to use the same pillow (and only one!!!!) and be comfortable on my back. I imagine that everyone is different, but for me, when I'm sleeping on my side which I do throughout the night I sleep with the wings of the pillow pointed up towards the headboard. When I'm reading in bed at night or in the morning and would prefer to be on my back, I use it with the wings pointing down towards my shoulders.”
“This pillow is a must. This gives incredible support for both back and side sleeping. It cradles the neck at just the right spot, making the spine level. I do not fall asleep as quickly or enter as deep of a sleep with any other pillow.I'll be buying for family!”
