“I have a love/hate with this pillow. So I'm going to start out this review with I actually hate this pillow lol but I have to use it. I've been waking up with extreme neck pain occurring more often the last couple of years. It got to the point I was actually having to call off work and go to the doctor a couple of times. I've always used soft, fluffy pillows and I finally figured out they have been killing my neck. So I got this pillow, it's firm, like very firm and it has to be. I've been using it for about a week, I've had to adjust the way I sleep and I'm still getting used to it (I'm a side sleeper who always slept with my arm under my pillow). If you are also a side sleeper please note you won't be able to sleep with your arm underneath like I thought I could. I'm pretty sure that was also what was exacerbating my neck and shoulder problem. I now sleep on my side holding a pillow in front which helps support not being able to put my arm underneath. Anyway, if you have extreme neck issues like me I do recommend this pillow. For the first time I'm waking up without a stiff neck.”
“Somehow through cooking or sitting at a desk working or doing chores I tweaked my neck and was in unbearable pain. This pillow worked like a dream to put my neck back to a comfortable position to sleep in. Definitely worth the investment”

“If you have neck pain and limited range of motion-I strongly recommend this pillow to help you sleep in a neutral, supported, position so you can wake up in the morning and be able to do your physical therapy, etc, with limited pain.”
“Love this pillow for neck support! I have had neck problems for years and tried various pillows. I can comfortably sleep on my back, side and stomach without neck pain now. It is VERY firm but it works for me and doesn't collapse throughout the night.”

“I broke C6 back in '01 and have had multiple surgeries on my back, neck, shoulders L arm, Spinal Cord Stim At T7.I've spent wayyy too much money on pillows in the past 20 years and that stopped with this pillow.I've only slept less than a week on It but It Is Amazing!!! The support and comfort are GREAT!!!I can't think of one single negative review on this pillow. Will follow up as I have to have a complex neck surgery hopefully sooner rather than later.Thank You All!!!!! :)”
“OMG! Received the pillow yesterday and slept on it. It actually worked. It will take some time to get used to, but this was the first time in over a year where I haven't woken up with a crick in my neck or lower back pain. I had two lower back surgeries last year and man what a relief to not have to wake up with so much tension in my neck and shoulders.”
