“My fiancA� got this pillow for me because I was having really bad back, neck, and shoulder pain to the point where it was pitching nerves and hurting my wrists. He read the reviews and a friend had great things to say about the pillow so he got it for me to trial. Read some comments and you'll get the jist of the wonders of the pillow. My comment is about the adjustment period to this pillow. I literally hated it for a 4-6 weeks because my back, neck, and shoulders were so misaligned. I refused to use it after day one cause it was too firm and a weird shape. My fiancA� told me to give it more time cause my body is so f'ed up from my poor posture. So i did and I'm glad i did. after a while you get used to the pillow shape and you'll notice it's actually the right amount of firmness. My tossing and turning has decreased significantly and my fiancA� says don't snore as much anymore. My neck and shoulders hurt less. I would highly recommend this pillow to others.Side note: I've taken the pillow case off to wash it. It's easy to take off and on.”

“I decided to give it a try despite the fact it looks like a spaceship. After letting it air out overnight, I used it and I was beyond surprised how great I slept and continue to do so! I suffer from migraines, very stiff neck & shoulders - all related and I can't get comfortable holding the weight of my own head. As for exchanging the pillow and case - it's been out of stock since I received it., so no luck there either. My issue with the pillow case is the zipper. The first time I washed the pillow case and tried to put it back on the pillow, the zipper broke. There's no fixing it. Trust me, I've tried.ETA - Nearly 2 months since I wrote the review AND requested support from the seller. Still no response.”
