“I had a pinched nerve and it would flare up at night to the point where my arm would tingle and go numb. It also caused my arm to feel like I was having muscle spasm's. I couldn't sleep because the pain was unbearable.I went to an orthopedic surgeon and he prescribed PT. Out of desperation, while waiting to get a PT appointment I ordered this pillow.The first night, I was worried about keeping my head in the center. Woke up with no arm pain. The next night, I was more relaxed, fell asleep and again woke up with no arm pain. No PT, no medications. Just this pillow.****Please follow your doctors advice.As, far as the firmness, it's not firm it's not soft. If you're used to a soft fluffy pillow ( which does not offer support) than you are going to complain.”

It did take several days for me to get used to this, but I actually look forward to sleeping on this pillow. “I've been using this for about a week and I love it. I always use 2 pillows and am constantly waking up in the night to adjust the pillows to properly support my neck. I switch between side and back sleeping and would wake up constantly with neck pain. I now use 1 normal pillow with this new pillow on top and it is amazing. I can switch between side and back and it is still sooo comfortable without having to flip the pillow. The contour supports my neck and makes me head feel like it is perfectly cradled. 10/10 would buy again. I haven't woke up with neck pain since starting to use this.”

“OMG this pillow is an answer to my prayers! I have back issues, neck issues and pretty bad TMJ. I've been buying these $80 orthopedic pillows from Costco for years and while they were ok, I was still experiencing pain.
