“I am happy to be so increased with this pillow. It has changed the way I sleep in a more comfortable and restful way. I have arnold chiari malformation and have a sprain cervical ( in my neck) I can only sleep on my back and this is shaped very well. I do wish it had like a padding attachment that you could velcro on when you need that little extra height but when my fluffier pillows don't cut it I am level and flat with out being all arched in funny ways like a normal pillow. Overall I'm happy and would buy another for my son with same issues if it weren't so expensive”
“I injured my shoulder at work and for months would wake up with pins and needles in my hands and a burning feeling that would travel down my right arm and back of shoulder blade to carrying intensities. Physical therapy did little to help. Once I got this pillow it went away within two weeks. I will swear on a stack of bibles to this! I had an MRI and it was revealed that I have severe hypertrophy on the right side of my C5, C6, and C7 vertebrae. This pillow took several nights to get used to but it was worth it! I am pain free now. I carry an 80lb ladder and that shoulder all day five days a week and it has ZERO pain now! The reason for the zero pain is this pillow!”
“Not as pictured. Flat piece of foam. It came Squished into a small box & did not gain back shape. Heavy, doesn't breathe, Feels like you are laying on a small, slightly padded board. Doesn't have the head divet. Does have the raised wings for your arms but they are not big enough to fit a skinny arm under, it's more like a notch. Not at all as described.”
“I have chronic pain and limited range of motion due to a genetic disorder affecting my c-spine, and was skeptical to spend $50 on a pillow but hoping it would offer some relief. This pillow truly does work as shown and I have definitely noticed a difference. It supports me in a variety of positions, relieving pressure and allowing me to have some pain relief.”

“I'm super picky about my pillows. I have learned to travel with my pillow or I end up paying the chiropractor upon return . That being said, mine was finally worn out. I read reviews on this fancy pillow and decided to try.Don't let the space age look scare you off and the button in the middle is no problem . It took 1 night to get used to it and then it's been all ZZZZ's from then on.I sleep mostly on my sides but do flip back and forth and occasionally land on my back. I LOVE the cut out for my shoulders, I mean LOVE them . I have arthritis in one shoulder and a separation in the other, the cut out allows me to snuggle into the perfect side position for my neck with no pressure on my shoulders . The pillow cradles my head perfectly . Supports my neck and feels the perfect height to me . I have no more neck pain .The pillow is firm but not a uncomfortable firm , instead the firmness feels very supportive to my spine .Unlike other pillows I can't really sleep all over this pillow but instead there are 3 positions for cradling my head ; but they have found the perfect spots in the pillow to accommodate. I guess that's why you should plan on a few nights to get used to that new pillow characteristic.I'm not a professional reviewer and I rarely leave a review but this all needed said. “This pillow is not a gimmick and I am really very surprised.It is a weirdly shaped pillow that offers incredible support for your neck and head while you sleep.I have tried everything from rolled up towels ( recommended by physical therapists) of varying sizes, memory foam styled pillows from a wide range of companies. Natural pillows like buckwheat that were touted to conform to your cervical spine and cranium.Absolutely nothing was effective in cradling the neck and head properly during sleep.That is until Elviros.This sculpted memory foam pillow actually cradles my neck in place during sleep . No sagging or overextended positions that were causing headaches and migraine flare ups.The pillow has gentle slopes and valleys sculpted into the surface intended to cradle your head and neck while you sleep on your side or back. It appears it can be used for stomach sleeping but this looks uncomfortable in my opinion.The pillow case is zippered and remove-able for washing. I personally use a standard sized mulberry silk pillowcase over the whole Elviros pillow. It's good for hair and skin.Using a separate pillowcase over the pillow will extend the life of the product and keep it clean.The only drawback of the pillow : it is extremely firm for petite people.For reference I am 5'3†109 lbs , assuming my head is proportional(haha) in weight and size to the rest of my body. The pillow often feels much harder than traditional memory foam with very little give. Sleeping on my side the pressure on my cheek and jaw can feel a bit too firm and intense at times.Perhaps it will soften up a bit more with use.EDIT:August 22 2021This is my 2nd pillow. For whatever reason, possibly a different batch , this pillow is significantly softer than the first purchase.It still has plenty of support and the quality of sleep is outstanding. The firmness level is jussst right.”
