“Great support , neck pain gone . Buy it I'm super picky about my pillows. I have learned to travel with my pillow or I end up paying the chiropractor upon return . That being said, mine was finally worn out. I read reviews on this fancy pillow and decided to try.Don't let the space age look scare you off and the button in the middle is no problem . It took 1 night to get used to it and then it's been all ZZZZ's from then on.I sleep mostly on my sides but do flip back and forth and occasionally land on my back. I LOVE the cut out for my shoulders, I mean LOVE them . I have arthritis in one shoulder and a separation in the other, the cut out allows me to snuggle into the perfect side position for my neck with no pressure on my shoulders . The pillow cradles my head perfectly . Supports my neck and feels the perfect height to me . I have no more neck pain .The pillow is firm but not a uncomfortable firm , instead the firmness feels very supportive to my spine .Unlike other pillows I can't really sleep all over this pillow but instead there are 3 positions for cradling my head ; but they have found the perfect spots in the pillow to accommodate. I guess that's why you should plan on a few nights to get used to that new pillow characteristic.I'm not a professional reviewer and I rarely leave a review but this all needed said. “Life Changing. This pillow is not a gimmick and I am really very surprised.It is a weirdly shaped pillow that offers incredible support for your neck and head while you sleep.I have tried everything from rolled up towels ( recommended by physical therapists) of varying sizes, memory foam styled pillows from a wide range of companies. Natural pillows like buckwheat that were touted to conform to your cervical spine and cranium.Absolutely nothing was effective in cradling the neck and head properly during sleep.That is until Elviros.This sculpted memory foam pillow actually cradles my neck in place during sleep . No sagging or overextended positions that were causing headaches and migraine flare ups.The pillow has gentle slopes and valleys sculpted into the surface intended to cradle your head and neck while you sleep on your side or back. It appears it can be used for stomach sleeping but this looks uncomfortable in my opinion.The pillow case is zippered and remove-able for washing. I personally use a standard sized mulberry silk pillowcase over the whole Elviros pillow. It's good for hair and skin.Using a separate pillowcase over the pillow will extend the life of the product and keep it clean.The only drawback of the pillow : it is extremely firm for petite people.For reference I am 5'3†109 lbs , assuming my head is proportional(haha) in weight and size to the rest of my body. The pillow often feels much harder than traditional memory foam with very little give. Sleeping on my side the pressure on my cheek and jaw can feel a bit too firm and intense at times.Perhaps it will soften up a bit more with use.EDIT:August 22 2021This is my 2nd pillow. For whatever reason, possibly a different batch , this pillow is significantly softer than the first purchase.It still has plenty of support and the quality of sleep is outstanding. The firmness level is jussst right.”
“Ever see the pillow guy holding his own pillow and it squishes like it's filled with clam chowder? Not this gem. Back or stomach sleeper? Put your head in the center and it's cradled like the lap of a lover. Side sleeper? The corners are firm enough to put your arms comfortably under your head. “I found this pillow to have the right firmness for me. I've tried other pillows before but most were too firm. This is just right for my purposes. Another thing I really appreciate is the quality of the cover. Very soft, making it an extremely comfortable pillow. I am a side sleeper and it worked perfectly for me, supported my neck just right with its shape. It even has crevices that allow your arms to go under for comfortable sleep. I'll probably be ordering one for my wife.”
“It took me a couple of nights to find my perfect positions, but WOW!! I have never felt such neck, shoulder and headache relief from any other pillow, and I've spent many hard-earned dollars on memory foam pillows and just regular firm support pillows in trial and error. Great support, pain relief, and renewed sleep quality. Here's trying to save you that trouble and expense. Now, the only thing I would improve on is being able to order additional pillow cases, and cases which are waterproof, mite-proof, etc. because I want to save my wonderful pillow from unecessary washing and high-heat dryer cycles. I live in a small apartment in a large apartment building where we've had unfortunate bedbug infestations, as many have in the past 10 years, as bedbugs have adapted to frequently used pesticides, and new innovations and tactics have been put into trial. Once they are forced out of one apartment, they simply move on to the next one. Only until these places realize/invest in complete building eradication will this problem stop. Back on point, there should be additional pillow cases available for this type of pillow for these types of protection. OTHERWISE, I find the problem COMPLETELY OUTDONE by the quality of life given back to me by this pillow!!! WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!! TEN STARS IF POSSIBLE!! Just be patient for the first few days/one week to give your upper body time to adjust to a healthy position from those other, "normal" foam/cotton-filled, shapeless pillows. You won't regret it.”
“I ordered this pillow at 5 am following a night of laying in bed crying in pain and sleeping intermittently. The next morning, I was still in pain but less stiff.That second morning though. I took an ibuprofen before going to sleep just in case sleeping hurting less was the answer to waking up hurting less.I woke up feeling SO MUCH BETTER.My lower back still hurts but my neck and shoulders are doing so great. No more morning tears!”
“Love this pillow!! It took me about 3 nights to get used to it but it is amazing. I start on my back and it literally cradles your head and supports your neck. I also am a side sleeper and it supports my neck side sleeping also. I used to wake up with awful neck pain every morning because I sleep with my shoulders scrunched up. “I had surgery 12 years ago on my cervical spine (neck) & have had issues with stiffness, discomfort & pain in my neck ever since. I've tried every kind of pillow out there - none offered any relief.
