I'm female, 5'1, 180 lbs with kyphosis (dowager hump) and notorious side sleeper.I really don't like buying things are trending but I've been doing the chin ticks, chest stretches and correcting my posture throughout every movement of the day to no avail of relieving the tightness that was causing the pain in my neck and I was a restless side sleeper. So I was desperate to try anything, I'm glad one of the purchases was this pillow.Holy smokes after day 2 I woke up SO rested, I honestly can't remember when I woke up so well rested. However, my hips were in a bit of pain but I believe that's because I'm sleeping differently and my hips require time to adjust. I've bought so many pillows in 13 years that I haven't had one that supports my neck and side sleeping - I'd wake up in constant pain in my shoulders because of my side sleeping, not anymore! Would love pillow cover options lol but I'm one happy and grateful customer.

I can actually wake up without horrible neck pain. I will still wake up in some pain but nothing like sleeping on a normal pillow. It's good for back and side sleeping. I wish it was a little bigger though

I would wake up at night with my neck frozen up and in pain. I've bought a bazillion different pillow styles, but with this one, I can fall asleep on my back and not move or wake up all night! Definitely recommend.

I had 3 bulging disks, Severe Stenosis at C5 and C6 and had just herniated my C7. This pillow helped alleviate my pain until I had 2 disk replacements at C5 - C7 and still use it after my surgery. Has the best support for me.
