“I accidentally ruined my old memory foam pillow so I got this one because it had more reviews than my old pillow and was a bit cheaper. This thing is so hard I think it would break a face in a pillow fight. There is absolutely no give. The arm of a couch is softer than this pillow. I don't have a long neck so my head was no where near that middle area so my neck and head were bent. I couldn't tell which side was the taller side and which was the lower side because they were both Mount Everest tall.A lot of people gave this raving reviews and it worked for them and I'm glad, but this pillow was not the pillow for me. “Three years ago I messed up my shoulder. I pulled and torn something in it to the point I couldn't use it for months on end. I have night were I wake up and have no feeling in my arm now from a pinched nerve. Doctors keep saying surgery, but having to take time off work is not an option for my one income household. “Let me give a little backstory here. I have suffered from neck pain, neck should pain, neck pain resulting in debilitating headaches for probably the past 5 years if not longer. “I have bought a number of pillows I think I currently have 7. I have paid anywhere between $30 and $200 for a pillow trying to find one that works. I have to admit when I first received this pillow I thought I would be sending it back. This pillow once it expands to it's full size feels light and very firm. The first night I had 3 other pillows to go because I did not think I would sleep through the night. I slept through the first night with no issues. The second night I still didn't believe I would get 2 nights of sleep with this pillow. Woke up next morning feeling great. Same thing the 3rd night. It has now been nearly 2 months with this pillow and at this time not sure if I can image sleeping without it. It is the best pillow I have ever had, it may not be for everyone but this pillow works for me.”
“Keep in mind that I just received mine, but last night was the best sleep I have had in a very long time. The pillow is not too thick, so my neck is in a supported but natural position when I am face-up. Because I sleep mostly on my side, I tried it both on the left and right. It worked great for me.
