“Hot Or Cold Fast or Slow This Massage Gun Has It All :). Not too many massage gun will have both hot and cold heads let alone a total of 8 heads or attachments for all your body parts. So I was working in the backyard last weekend putting some tiles on my concrete patio it was hard work and the temperature was brutally hot so now my whole body is feeling the pain especially my legs and knees areas. I can honestly say that this massage gun is so great for the muscle aches and pains. Basically I set the gun speed to about level 8 nice and slow and the heat to about 45 degrees Celsius using the shiny head head for about 10 minutes on each upper leg areas and it does really help loosen up my leg muscles quite a bit. The cold head also helps too after placing it in a zip-loc bag in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Very easy to use and operate by the way. Turn on the ON/OFF switch at the bottom of the handle the LED display will show the battery life remaining on the right and two dashes on the left for the speed level. Use the +/- buttons to select the speed from 1 to 20 for me personally I was only able to handle speed up to about 10 for a short period of time only :). To use the Head head just make sure it is push in all the way touch and hold the power button at the center and the speed LED display will turn to C for Celsius now use the +/- buttons to select temperature from 35 - 65 degrees Celsius. Remember once the temperature is selected touch and hold the power button again until the LED changes back from a C to 00 then using the +/- to select your prefer speed to go along with the temperature selected before. Please note that this heat head gets hot fast so be careful especially when you are using very high temperature settings and not touching the head after turning off until it cools down.Overall the gun is very powerful nice non-slip handle grip not too heavy and not too loud either. The battery does take about 2 to 3 hours to fully charged from empty and should last at least 6 hours up to 18 hours depending on usage type of course. It does have an auto off function after 2 minutes of inactive to save battery. One more thing the memory function only works if you use the minus/- button to stop the gun to speed level 00 instead of using the power button to turn it completely off or reset. A very nice carry case for the gun and all the attachments as well as the power cord is great for traveling too and fits nicely into my back pack. “My massage gun arrived, yesterday. I have suffered with sciatic pan in my glutes, tender trigger points down both thighs, hip joint pain, and iliacus muscle pain and tightness. I used the massage gun on all of the tender points, and the tenderness/pain disappeared after the gun. I had the best night's sleep I have had in years. This device is better than most deep-tissue massages I have experienced.Update: After several days of use, I still find the massage gun VERY effective. However, I do not like the on/off/speed switch being a singly button. The massage gun would be easier to use if the on/off were its own stitch”
