TRAKK Shiatsu Back Massager Pillow Reviews

4.3 Rating 84 Reviews
Very easy to use product. Not what we expected, the nodes don't go far enough up or down, on a chair it won't go to my lower back. At this time we don't know how long the charge last using portable.Thought about sending back, but don't like the hassle of returning, plus s/h cost.Thank You for your product, we will try to enjoy it, maybe we can figure a way to get it to more places on our back. One way it hits my lower back a little bit more, is flipping it upside down.

I've had the worst upper back pain in my third trimester. I bought this on a whim hoping it would help and its been amazing. The battery life is great and it feels amazing on my back. I do agree with other reviews that its more of a deep massage, but of course you can use the pad and dont lean as hard against it. However, if you do have chronic back pain or get knots in your back this is amazing. Its a great height for me at 5'2, but doesnt completely fit the back of my 6'2 husband so keep that in mind when purchasing. Overall i'd say its worth the money.

I purchased this massager because of the cordless feature and I could take it with me for travel, camping, and boating, especially fishing on the boat. I get backaches after long periods of standing and casting so this massager provides relief during breaks. It really targets the areas of my back that are affected and it's easy to re-position if I need to. It's well made and I am anticipating having it for quite a while...only time will tell but I'm optimistic!!

Great back massager! I'm a caregiver at a senior home, so after a long day of pushing wheel chairs and lifting people, my lower back doesn't feel too great lol.. so I come home to my shiatsu massager and before I know it, the pain is gone, especially with the heat option on! The fact that it's portable is one of it's best features.. I take it with me everywhere lol.. it's lightweight and easy enough to carry around.. not big and bulky but it's large enough to get from your lower back to the shoulder blades. Lasts a long time on just a little bit of charge, another great feature.. Great product, great price, worth every penny!

I wish it would have been taller but it works very well. It is a bit tough on your back which is great for me because I have scoliosis but others might think it is harsh on the back.

4 stars because I think this thing is overpriced but it does what it says it does. My husband uses it to massage his calf and it works great for that. I have tried it on my back and the massager things are just too hard. I tried it with the cover and it wasn't much better. The battery life is pretty good and I love that it is rechargeable. The heat setting is kind of a joke because it doesn't really put out any heat but the unit helps my husband's calves so 4 stars.

I bough this for my 65 year old mother who has been complaining of a lot of back pain. She was going to a masseuse and mentioned that for 15min he would use a warm massage pad that helped her a lot. Unfortunately it became really expensive to go weekly. So I went ahead and bought her this product. She's in love with it and has been using it everyday for 15min since it arrived. She said she feels so much relief after and couldn't thank me enough for it. It's also super simple to use which was an added plus. Thank you snailax for this product that has provided my mom with some relief. I highly recommend!

We were watching basketball at my cousin's house for Christmas and everyone there were taking turns sitting in this particular chair in the dining room. We didn't notice it at first but found out that there was a portable back massager on the chair that people were lined up to try. So my wife tried it first, and told me how great it felt especially when you press the "heat" button! I asked my cousin where she got it from and of course it was TRAKK, so I went to search it out and discovered there's a thousand different ones available (as is typical of anything on TRAKK)! The one she had was different than this Snailax one but the functions are pretty much the same...I think my cousin's unit was smaller and the rollers didn't travel up and down as far as this Snailax one though. Anyway, I like this Snailax one better due to the rollers' length of travel, you won't have to re-position it as much to reach a different spot. I'm not sure how long the charge lasts, I charged it up when I got it and we've used it for about 15-min a day for 4 days now and it hasn't needed a re-charge yet. It seems to be made of decent quality but I wouldn't let kids play around with it unsupervised. Looking forward to enjoying many years (wishful thinking!) of warm, soothing, relaxing back massages from this unit!
