“Very comfortable. I almost wish I had ordered a slightly smaller size so i would be a little tighter for a compression aspect but it's so comfortable to wear and so much easier than an ice pack or bag of frozen veggies. The gel is soft and the product is very durable”
“Pros:*it is much cleaner than ice*less wasteful* is almost as cold as ice.*comfortable to put on cold or hot as opposed to ice which almost hurtsCons:* it takes longer to become cold enough.Overall well worth the ~36$ and I did buy a second for my knee. They are helpful and comfortable and make it easy to still move around and do stuff while recovering.”
“Is it a great value for the money? Yes, if you compare it to the pricey Freeze Sleeve; otherwise, It's middle of the road to me. This sleeve is comfortable and very easy to put on but I don't find that it holds cold for very long, at least not as long as I would like. I'm used to ice packs that still hold their cold after 30min of use. This sleeve is more "chilled" than cold 15-20min. Would I buy them again? Yes, and I did but this speaks more to my need for cold therapy on my aging knees than the feeling this product is the greatest item on Amazon. Lastly I find I made the wrong choice listening to a few reviewers who complained the sleeves ran small in size. I ordered a size larger and regret it. Compression is an important instruction in a RICE program (Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation) so a snug fit sleeve is a good thing rather than a sleeve that slides down your leg if you walk from one room to the next. The best feature to this item I mentioned above which is ease of application. To the manufacturer I suggest running test to measure how long the sleeves hold cold and try to improve on those numbers.”
“This is a good product. Two things I have against iti thought I was getting two when they said it was for "both" elbows and knees., second, it has a shock value in wearing it soon after taking out of the freezer, but gets to room temp within five min. I find it convenient and for my knee size a bit tighter would have been great.”
