“5'8" 195lbs, average leg size, above average arms. Bought the MEDIUM sz. This could be the best knee therapy device I have ever purchased, and I have purchased just about everything! Double knee replacement 2 years ago and still some stiffness and pain. Bought this and used it on one knee for ice therapy and because it fits so well I can fall asleep with it on cold and wake up with a knee that is warm with moderate compression! One night and I swear I felt like I had a normal knee again!! Just ordered a 2nd one and will probably end up with 4 of them. And even though I bought this for my knee it works on my elbows too!!”
