“I needed this for both elbows so I wouldn't have to hold the ice packs and treating both elbows at once. Great for cold and hot therapy. Gets really cold after 2 hours in freezer. Then stays cold for about 10-12 min. Used it only once so far for heat therapy. 30-45 seconds in microwave. It's pretty comfortable. Quality is OK. On one of the sleeves stitching is ripping a little, most likely from the cold when pulled on the elbow. Price point is not that great but couldn't find anything cheaper for what I needed. Overall happy with this product.”
