“One of the coldest things I've ever pulled out of the freezer. I mean, you pull this out you need to not put it in for a few minutes or it's too cold. Love having the ability to use this as it's a sleeve.However, it doesn't stay cold too terribly long sadly. If it did I'd buy 2-3 more for my shoulder and knees.”
“It's baseball season and my 12u kid is on multiple teams and pitches quite a bit. After he throws, we like to ice his arm/elbow and this works really well. If taken straight out of the freezer, it's very cold and it keeps for 20 minutes. If you put in a cooler with some ice packs and bring to the game, it seems to hold onto the cold pretty well (just not quite as cold as straight out of the freezer). The sleeve is grown up size so it swallows his 11 year old arm quite a bit and isn't all that tight, but it's still a lot better than our old wrap and he seems really happy with it. I'm happy with the purchase, but I wish they made an XS or Youth Large for kids my son's age. As everyone suggested, keep the wrap in the bag they provide for storage.”
