“My husband used this cold sleeve for his knee after acl surgery. It fits perfectly and he can wear it while moving around as opposed to ice/icepacks. He loved it so I bought him an extra because the freeze duration lasts for about 15-20 min max. Careful not to stretch it too much becuase the elasticity may wear out if frequently overstetched.”
“This is an outstanding ice-sleeve for my injured knee, and so much better than trying to ace-wrap an ice pack. The only draw back is that it isn't idea for wearing while walking, as the surface is fairly slick so it slides down quite easily. But for sitting in a chair or on the couch, this is the best icing solution I've ever used.”
“Everyone needs one of these in their freezer. I sprained my ankle and my friend offered me this. I ordered my own after using it one day. Ankle, shin spllins, elbow, all the things. It's comfortable and not so cold on the skin it hurts like ice can be. I have even slept with it on. Must have.”
“These are great in every way. they provide cold and compression, which is great for tendinitis. They freeze up over a few hours but remain fully flexible and elastic. You can actually wear them while working on a computer or doing stuff around the house (unlike a regular ice pack).Really a game changer for me.The size guide was accurate. if you're on the edge between two sizes, go for the smaller one.”
“Bought this as a gift for my neice and she absolutely loves it! She does stunt work and can really take a beating some days. It provides some welcome relief when needed.”
“I'm an active climber and weight lifter and I love this for my elbows and knees! Probably going to get a second one so I can ice multiple joints at a time.”
