“This worked well right away. After the first charge it did not seem to charge right. I had to keep it plugged in to use the next 2-3 times. It now appears to be charging by the cord and device lights but it won't turn on anymore at all. Overall, used just 4-5 times and doesn't seem to turn on anymore. Not sure how to contact the seller.”
“This item was considerably less expensive than other models but seems to be just as effective. I have severe hip bursitis and a tear. I haven't been able to get past the second speed of massage I'm so sensitive to touch right now so it definitely has some power to it. *Edit - after using this for about a month and getting past the second speed the battery life is horrendous. I spend more time charging it than I do using it. It'll get you by but I'm going to be spending more money for something else.”
“Sucks that someone else has to use it on you for some of those tough to reach spots 🙄 but it works great! Better than any other I've had. Def worth it.”
“The ball consistently fall out when I'm trying to use and battery doesn't last. I charge it up completely and remove it from the charger. When I go to use it later in will be dead. Not worth the buy.”
