“this seems like such a good idea but when i pulled it out of the freezer for the first time, a hole in the seam let the little tiny beads start spilling out everywhere. a disaster because i keep finding the pesky little gunks and amazon won't accept a return of a clearly defective product because i didn't save the original item packaging. learn from my mistake and save the package until you know yours isn't defective. i'll buy the same thing in a different brand from elsewhere because it seems like it might work if it were made better.”

“I like this product because I can wrap one around my forehead and one on top of my head to encompass my whole head without being totally wrapped up like some of the other products out there. My one little tiny tiny downside is that they don't stay cold for a real long time like an ice pack. So you do have to keep putting them back in the freezer to freeze up again.”
