“One is lucky to get 10 minutes out of this product, using either hot or cold. Needed it for migraines. Messaged seller almost two weeks ago regarding refunding the product, as they had advertised.....and......crickets. Absolutely nothing special about this product in comparison to other similar masks. This set barely works at all. Much cheaper Wal-Mart versions actually work better, and at least Wal-Mart honors their refund policy. This seller DOES NOT honor theirs and won't communicate.
