“The item works as advertised. I gave it 3 stars because the power cord is too short and it makes it hard/uncomfortable to use and it keeps unplugging as I use it. Also, I do not feel any difference when I turn on the heat option. It doesn't feel any hotter.”
“It's pretty good and helps give a neck massage. I wish there were a few more motion options and that the balls that apply the pressure had a slightly softer coating, like a dense foam or rubber material instead of just firm plastic. I don't use the heat function much and would gladly trade that for better motion or texture. Still, pretty good overall!”
“This is my second machine by MedCursor, the first was a little more expensive and lasted two years without issue, this time I tried the one a little cheaper, and the motor already has stop/start issues. The lowest cyclic setting won't work, and it's got a stiffer feel when around my neck.Better to pay a little more and get better quality. I do not recommend this model.”
“I'm writing this review after my first time using this OMG. I literally feel like a brand new. I've been carrying tension in my shoulders and neck for about 10 years. I have gotten some relief from massages but I have NEVER in 10 years known the feeling of having absolutely no tension at all in my shoulders until today! I also used it down my whole back and it felt amazing especially my lower back. If you're like me and have tight shoulders and/or neck JUST BUY THIS!! I will be purchasing 2 more as gift for my best friend and step mom for Mother's Day. It's that good that you start thinking about who else in your life could use this lol.”
