“I like the unit in general. I work in an Operating Room and the long hours have taken a toll on my back. This so far is awesome. The only challenge is that the instructions were a bit vague. The buttpns do not work as described in the instructions. Otherwise, it was worth the money.”

It is not very powerful either, any pressure on the rollers and they will stop. I've had 2 different brands of this type of massager and a neck massager. None of them have lasted past 3 months.
