“I am actually returning this item because when I try to put enough pressure to meet the needs of my neck, the kneading balls actually stop. I don't think it's defective, I just think with the herniated discs in my neck, I need way more pressure then this is designed to give. That's why I did give it 4 stars. I did try it on my entire spine and it felt fantastic, however I need something to provide the amt of pressure I get when I go for a massage. If cost wasn't a factor, I'd be going for a daily massage, at least until my Dr and I can figure out a plan for my neck.”
“It's great heat no heat, Deep Massage or light and in between. Back and forth massage. you get your way and you feel better when your done. I believe 15 minutes later when it stops if you've fallen asleep.”
