“Owned about 1 month with daily use by 2 active people. It's as described but here are our highlights.Very strong motor. It's a little to strong for direct neck and back contact for me but perfect with a pillow or blanket padding. I'm athletic / skinny and a little boney. Glad it's strong though because my girlfriend says it's perfect as is for her comfort level. She's more athletic / muscular. It's strength is great bc even on slowest speed it doesn't get stuck under pressure and stays consistent. Motor is a bit loud on high speed if trying to relax or meditate quietly but not enough to interrupt music or movie. On slower settings it's quiet but has a high pitch noise that only I notice. I work in music and audio. She runs a high end restaurant and she only noticed after I told her about it.The heat really works. I turn off heat after a couple of minutes. My GF loves it hot.The leather and stiching are good quality. Better than expected for the price paid.Size and length of arm straps are good for us both. I'm 6'3" and she's 5'7". I rarely put my arms through the holes but use them to set in place and make adjustments if needed. She uses them as intended.Overall we're happy we saved a few dollars over similar units without sacrificing power and reliability.If available we'd spend more if distance between spinning massage balls could be adjusted. We both agree that would be a nice improvement and great benefit for targeting problem areas.”
