“This does have good power and works the knots..when it wants to. I've noticed it shuts off now and then even when the 15 mins isn't up. Maybe it's just the cord coming loose? Which brings me to the other cons. It has a short cord and the part that plugs in to the massager comes loose easily and you also have to be careful the plug-in knob doesn't slip back thru the hole up into the fabric.”
“It is so good. I use it daily and it helps with my neck pain. It has a heat option, which can be turned off. I would use it more if time permitted, so far so good! I do wish the handles were a bit longer, however, its doable for my size.... It's been a few months, so well see about longevity... I would definitely recommend!”
