“Bought this for the ab roller as a way to work abs on the days I don't make it to the gym. However I find the push up floor handles make doing push ups so much more comfortable that I take them to the gym to use their as well. Also appreciate that everything can be disassembled to fit back in box so I can take it with me when I travel.”
“This is a good starter set. Use the wheel on carpet to cushion it. Put the push up strap on before you assemble the push up bar legs. Knee pads are your best friend!”
