“It is what it is. Plastic. It will get the job done, until it doesn't. Because I am certain the push-up handles will eventually break. The ab roller has an aluminum(?) axel so it will probably last longer. I am 5'8' and 180 lb. My advice is invest in metal push-up handles and buy the ab roller separately.”

“I like this box of products. The AB roller is well made. It is wide enough for a good sturdy roll. The bars for pushups are sturdy enough. I weight 220 and they hold up well. I like the pad that I can put my knees on when ab rolling.I am not too sure about the cords that came with it for extra strength when using the pushup bars. We will see but I am doubtful. Overall great product.”
