“I got this for physical therapy. A lot of the exercises I was given were incorporating equipment like in this package. I was easily able to inflate the ball and use all the items. I love the ring as it really provides resistance where a ball wouldn't. I wish the socks were bigger because they, unfortunately, don't fit ( at all) (I wear 9M US).”
