“I'm just getting back into working out and this was so easy to use. Great workout and stretching out your whole body. The bar is sturdy the bands give you great resistance. No need for machines when I have this amazing new bar/band to use.”

“It is great when simple products works. The only small improvement there could be is better padding on the handles for the push-ups.”

“The roller wheel does not feel as sturdy. Also it may not be as good for a carpet floor due to additional friction.”
