“this is better than the Quinear massager. you feel roller on toes (almost hurt on high setting) the middle just pushes up and down and hardly anything on heel. so it doesn't work for me. some needs to put several foot massagers way of working together. One kind of massager doesn't have any rollers for bottom of the feet but does the sides of the feet and that feels. wonderful but nothing for the bottom but vibration which is irritating. then another brand rolls toes and middle and air squeezing but nothing on the heel like this one. returning”
“We tried out this foot massager at a friends house and had to have it! It feels so good! I used it every few days and it worked great but then it started shutting off after a few seconds on high. I called TRAKK who them connected me to the Renpho company who did a quick troubleshoot and sent me a new machine super fast! Their customer service has been amazing and fast and now I can go back to enjoying my wonderful foot massager!”
“This thing works! I have been fighting arch pain due to high arches my whole life. Why it took me so long to buy one of these I will never know. I regularly would use a tennis ball to work on arches- no more. Honestly I was worried that it would not provide enough pressure but it really does. For inside of $100 you cannot go wrong.”
“Liked this machine when I first got it. Started making loud noise and not working right after couple weeks. Went to return on TRAKK and I was 3 days past the return cut off which was 30 days. I reached out to get my money back and the company wants proof of sale serial numbers video of the product in use??? I was like...I purchased this through TRAKK! Number 1 you should have all that information number 2 why should I have to make a documentary about a product I'm unhappy with! Wow a lot of work to return a crappy product.”
“I love this machine but it's way to loud. The air compressor is very distracting.I wish it was quietBut the massage is good.I recommend getting this if you don't mind the loud noise.However I am returning this due to the loud noise.”
