We are not very impressed with this massager. Very limited massage modes and even on the easiest mode it tries to mash my little toes. I was expecting more coverage.

It can be intense but wish it also massage the heel and the back of the heel. I thought since my feet were immersed in the device that it would but it only covers the bottom. I love the heat but it can't get too toasty.

The one I brought did not have a remote but it's easy to use and soooo relaxing. If you work on your feet for 8plus hours this machine is essential!

I hike rocky trails 2 to 5 miles several times a week, but I have bad feet: no arches; and neuromas. So aching feet are a frequent problem. The massager definitely helps. However, I'd like to see some variety in the actual motion of massager, beyond increasing pressure and speed. Some parts of my feet seem to get ignored. But it helps.

Worked good but ended up returning because it wasn't applying enough pressure on the sides, seemed more like it was push down on your feet versus sideways compression feeling. Also didn't really get the heal areas too well either.

My mom is wheelchair-bound and has numbing in her feet. She loves this machine and uses it at least twice a day. Love that the massager reaches many sides and angles of the feet and that the entire foot is inserted. It could be more user friendly for the elderly, like having a remote and the control panel being more clearly marked and backlit. Just remember that a lot of older people can't easily bend over to their feet and see smaller letters/markings.
