“First of all let me say this foot massager was amazing! I suffer from plantar fascitis in both feet severely, I cant ever take off supportive shoes when I'm on them. This was a thoroughly reviewed buy, I compared MANY on TRAKK and decided on this one and was not disappointed! I've only had it a few months but this last month I hadn't used it and my pain had come back and this morning decided to use it. It was stored in my bedroom beside my dresser so nothing's bothered it and the cord was in the top drawer of the dresser. I took both in the living room plugged it up and first thing I noticed was the lights looked dimmer and the power button light was blinking and when I pressed the others they made a very strange squeaker sound when I pressed them than before. So I set everything to 2, turned the heat on and the pressure no longer works at all and no matter what setting you set it on it doesnt work and the machine runs but I dont even know if it's running a 1 setting? It's just barely kneading and sounds like its labored to do so :(!!! I'm so sad! I loved this thing and really needed the massage this morning. Im also past my return time so I'm stuck with it. Praying some how itll snap out of it.”
“I am size 9.5 women and the kneading is getting on the hill and it is quite painful. On the arch however, it is pretty good. Unfortunately within couple of weeks of use, the air pressure stopped working. Not worth the money! Overall very disappointed”

“WHAT A JOKE!! It came i plugged it and it wont turn on! It says to remove protective film before use so i thought that was the problem. But no! There wasnt no protective film! I checked the box and the protective was already removed! I was sent a used and broken product.”
