“I've had this a week and me and the wife love it! My feet actually don't hurt everyday of my life now! Highly recommended this to anyone with hurting aching feet.”
“When I first tried it out on low and then medium intensity, I was a bit concerned it wouldn't have enough pressure (being someone that likes a firm massage). The high setting has sufficient pressure and it is very relaxing to watch tv and use this massager. Seems well built and durable thus far.”
“I've been suffering from plantar fasciitis for years, and recently it's flared up so badly that I can barely walk. Rather than continuing to pay $50 for a 50-min foot massage each week, I decided to try this massage machine. And it's working like a charm! I followed the directions and set it on the lowest settings at first and for just 15 minutes, but it felt so good that the next day I bumped it up to 30 min at medium. The only problem I have with the machine is that on the highest air setting the thing squeezes your feet so tightly that the massage points dig deeply into the bottom of the foot making it extremely uncomfortable. And either I'm getting used to the machine, or it's losing it's pressure since it doesn't feel as intense now as it did when I first started using it a week ago.”
“It is an okay foot massager for the price. The compression does get really tight if you want it to (Setting at High), the kneading does not feel that great. I would pay something around $60 for this, but not $130. This was for my girlfriend so im out of luck.”
“I got this massager for my mom and thought she was being dramatic when she said this is not refreshing at all. I came to her house on the weekend excited to try it out and she was right. This machine more so rubs the bottom of your feet without any pressure. I think it's trying to knead my foot but it feels more like creepy light waves of moving my feet up and down. Returning immediately.”
“This product was recommended to me by a friend who loves his. But it did not work well for me. It pinched the sides of my feet and was painful and uncomfortable. I have a size 10.5 foot with normal width. Other family members tried it out too. They have smaller feet and while it wasn't painful for them, all said the massager really wasn't all that great. I guess it all depends on the size and shape of your foot.”
“The price is a little high, which might warn consumers away at first, but only without knowing what it feels like. For how light weight this unit is, it can really put a lot of effort into the massag”
“My favorite thing is a good foot massage. I have edema after having five kids. The Shiatsu gives a great foot massage and I don't have to bribe my kids to rub my feet for a minute. There's no set up. Simply plug it in. Take a seat and stick your feet inside. One button turns it on. There are additional buttons to control the the modes and the intensity. You can adjust the time on the timer and turn on the heat.First, the heat is nice. It's not overly hot but will warm the coldest feet. It's comfortable. The modes have different rollers that go across the bottom of the feet while also using compression. It concentrates especially on the toes and ball of the foot. I get very little pressure on the heels. Some o the levels are very intense and almost hurt. It feels very good and I enjoy it. My feet feel better. It's a great way to relax at the end of the day.The motor is quiet but it does make a clicking sound that doesn't seem intentional and I hope it isn't a sign of breaking down.”
