“I wanted to love this product, but it's pretty good. If the source of your foot pain is in the arch or ball of your foot- then this is probably perfect for you. However, much of my pain comes from the back of my heel, which is not an area the machine addresses. I don't really feel the heat function too much - I can never tell whether it's on or not. I will say that the roller bars and the compression can be very deep and tight -- which I like - so it absolutely has a good amount of power. So really, it's just the heels that aren't addressed as much.”
