“I am really pleased with my purchase of this massager. When I first ordered it, TRAKK lost it in transit and I had a terrible experience getting a refund (TRAKK's fault, not the seller). I almost didn't reorder it, but I am so glad I did.I work on my feet all day and I walk several miles a day on hard concrete floors. As a result, I was suffering from terrible foot pain due to plantar fasciitis. I was taking daily doses of Excedrin just to push through the day, and by the time I'd get home, I could barely walk. I've been using the massager daily and I got relief after just a couple of days... It's been several weeks now since I've had to take anything for pain and I can't believe how much better my feet feel when I'm at work.The only drawbacks I've encountered with the massager are that it states that it accomodates up to US Mens size 12, which is my size, but it's a bit cramped for my large and wide feet. Also, the massaging probes are just a little sharp on the bottom of your feet, but I overcame that by wearing a thick pair of sock when using the massager. Other than that, I have no reservations about recommending this product... I've told many people that it was the best money I've spent this year.”
“I purchased this not really knowing what to expect. The kneading and air pressure works pretty well however, when it comes to the heat feature, I have not noticed the difference of when its on or off. I've read other reviewers having the same issue and the seller's response was that the heat progress is slow, taking about 7-10 minutes. I've left the heat on for 30 minutes and still couldn't tell a difference. I can't really complain much considering the price of it - you get what you pay for.”
“Would definitely be appropriate for a variety of feet sizes. It feels truly amazing on the bottom of your feet and the warm feels nice as well. I can only handle the lowest intensity because it becomes painful otherwise. It has a built in timer and will turn off on it's own. Would be the perfect gift for someone who is on their feet all day long.”
“My wife and I both love this machine, the three settings are nice, the highest setting deep massages. It's hard to explain but it hurts so good, it makes my feet feel much better. But the shiatsu part broke, so all I have is heat and compression. And supposedly only has a 30 day warranty. Will have to examine a different brand. Very disappointed.”

“I purchased a foot massager purely as something to look forward to at the end of a virtual work at home day during the pandemic. I did a ton of research (Business Insider, Self, The Strategist, etc.) and Renpho consistently fell into top 10 lists (not to mention it has over 10,000 reviews on TRAKK). It arrived in less than 24 hours and I was very excited to try it. It looked a little cheap out of the box, but again, really good reviews. Terrible. Not only is the massage itself lame, it's really noisy which is not relaxing at all! I unplugged it after a few minutes and boxed it back up. I think rubbing my foot over a tennis ball would be more satisfying.”
“I desperately wanted this to work, my feet hurt so much from being on them all day.First it arrived with no AC adapter, then, the TRAKK Help rep made me search for and purchase a replacement AC adapter (giving me a "store credit" I can only use on items sold and shipped by TRAKK).That arrived today only for me to find that this unit shuts off after about 5 minutes.Makes me wonder if it was faulty and was a previously bought & returned item and that's why there was no AC adapter.So frustrating and disappointing.”
“I'm on my feet at least 8 hours a day at work ,always bitching about my tiring feet especially during the winter wearing heavy boots. Got this massage from my daughter used it for 3 days now . Pros , easy to use , feels pretty good. It does massage your feet . Now the only thing I wouldn't recommend is that I wear a size 10 men's sneaker and feels very tight . If you have a bigger and wider feet your foots are not gonna be comfortable in there .”
