This foot massager has becomes a part of my daily routine! It's a relaxing way to end the day. I've used this every day for about two weeks now. Here are some things to note:PROS:-I ran a half marathon last week and this was the most incredible recovery tool!!! My feet, which had been swollen and sore, felt revitalized after a day or two (quick for a post-race run!)-The knead and air intensity is, well, intense! I'm the type of person who like to be pretty much in pain during a massage, so the fact that I rarely put it on the highest settings for both kneading and air says something good, for sure.-I love that the cloth footbed cover is removable and washable. So clever, and it makes me confident I can keep this hygienic especially if friends want to use it.-Set up and use are super easy. Plug into a wall and hit power—it's good to go!-I can move it to different rooms in my house easily. It's bulky but light, if that makes sense.-You can adjust your feet easily to target the areas you need! For example, after my race, I was able to adjust my feet so it'd target my arches, heels, etc.A FEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT:-My feet are a woman's 7.5, and so, while I'm sure larger-footed folks love the roominess of the massager, I wish there was a version specifically for feet my size! The first time I used it, the roominess bothered me; then, I figured out how to position my feet to make it work best for me (not with my heels all the way back)-The heat feature is amazing, but it takes a solid 10 minutes for it to really get toasty. I've remedied this by turning it on and letting it run for 10 minutes before I plan on using it.-This is nit-picky, but if you want it to run for 30 minutes, a small blue light lights up on the machine. As I've incorporated this into my nightly routine, I wish there wasn't any blue-colored light!-The sounds level is...fine. There is noise when it's doing it's thing. I've gotten used to it, but just note it's by no means silent.Overall: I highly recommend!

Love how it relives my aching feet. The message feels so good. I was concerned that it wouldn't work well on my small size 6 boney feet but it does! Should have bought this sooner!

I purchased a foot massager purely as something to look forward to at the end of a virtual work at home day during the pandemic. I did a ton of research (Business Insider, Self, The Strategist, etc.) and Renpho consistently fell into top 10 lists (not to mention it has over 10,000 reviews on TRAKK). It arrived in less than 24 hours and I was very excited to try it. It looked a little cheap out of the box, but again, really good reviews. Terrible. Not only is the massage itself lame, it's really noisy which is not relaxing at all! I unplugged it after a few minutes and boxed it back up. I think rubbing my foot over a tennis ball would be more satisfying.

I desperately wanted this to work, my feet hurt so much from being on them all day.First it arrived with no AC adapter, then, the TRAKK Help rep made me search for and purchase a replacement AC adapter (giving me a "store credit" I can only use on items sold and shipped by TRAKK).That arrived today only for me to find that this unit shuts off after about 5 minutes.Makes me wonder if it was faulty and was a previously bought & returned item and that's why there was no AC adapter. So frustrating and disappointing.

I'm on my feet at least 8 hours a day at work ,always bitching about my tiring feet especially during the winter wearing heavy boots. Got this massage from my daughter used it for 3 days now . Pros , easy to use , feels pretty good. It does massage your feet . Now the only thing I wouldn't recommend is that I wear a size 10 men's sneaker and feels very tight . If you have a bigger and wider feet your foots are not gonna be comfortable in there .

Easy to use. It is large and a bit noisy. But it was returned because the massage just wasn't very good. I wear size 8 women's shoes and I felt the massage was soft. It is ok if you just want rollers to go back and forth on your feet.

My wife and I both love this machine, the three settings are nice, the highest setting deep massages. It's hard to explain but it hurts so good, it makes my feet feel much better. But the shiatsu part broke, so all I have is heat and compression. And supposedly only has a 30 day warranty. Will have to examine a different brand. Very disappointed.

Would definitely be appropriate for a variety of feet sizes. It feels truly amazing on the bottom of your feet and the warm feels nice as well. I can only handle the lowest intensity because it becomes painful otherwise. It has a built in timer and will turn off on it's own. Would be the perfect gift for someone who is on their feet all day long.
