“This doesnt not come with a remote. It is kind of awkward reaching down to turn it on and adjust the settings or turn it on and off. However I am a big guy so maybe I should just lose some weight to make that easier.After breaking my leg just above the ankle I have been struggling with swelling in my foot. This has helped reduce the swelling greatly.The air compression goes above the foot and behind the heel. It is not a constant pressure. It will air up, release, then air up more. That is what has helped reduce the swelling in my foot.The massage on high is nice and strong enough for it actually relax me. Nothing like the weak vibrating massagers that just make you itch.The heat setting is not very hot. I actually haven't noticed it be heating up very much at all.I would definitely recommend this to someone that wants a deep massage or someone that needs help with swelling in their feet.”
