“Well...it's been less than 1 year since the purchase date...and the controls for low, medium, and high are no longer functioning.So, I went to the Renpho customer service tab on their website and saw that the making of a short video of the malfunctioning unit would be best for them to confirm the issue. I made a quick 18 second video of the functions that no longer worked, emailed it to them, and 4 days later they are sending me a replacement unit. I don't even have to return the defective unit. Now that is great customer service. I wish every TRAKK seller was this responsive.”
