“I carry my stress in my shoulders. I've previously been using massage therapy (gets expensive), copious amounts of ibuprofen (not good for extended bouts), and TENS therapy (limited results) to combat my pain. I took a chance and ordered this product when I recently found my unemployed status was causing the usual pinching and numbness to return.I waited (less than) patiently for the device to arrive (two days is a really long time when you're in pain). I watched a few videos on the effective use of a device of this nature. Upon delivery, I watched as my husband opened the package with the speed of a snail.Imagine my delight when there was a partial charge straight out of the case! We went straight to the air cushion head and began banging away at my shoulder and neck. My husband was initially trying to help, but I found it much more effective to take control of the equipment myself.After LESS THAN 5 MINUTES, I was feeling the sweet glory of relief. The pinching had abated in my shoulder and feeling was returning between my shoulder and elbow!I plugged the beast in to get a full charge on it and went about my evening. As I began to feel the pinching breaking through I returned for another round, this time with the round attachment. 2 minutes of focused attention set me back on the path to recovery. I sought out my new friend one more time before bed, again with the round attachment, and turned in to greet the sandman pain free.I'm delighted to tell you that I haven't taken ibuprofen today and I am completely pain free for the first time in 10 days. This is the best money I have ever spent in my life. My pain is recurring and I'm confident this will assist me in future combat missions just as it did the first time. It doesn't take much (and frankly, your teeth can't take much if you're working on the neck), but if you pay attention to the spots where you've got knots and concentrated pain, you'll make quick work of it too!You don't need assistance using this product, but if you have someone to work some of the more central spots in the back, assistance won't be unwelcome. Pay attention to what mode you're in...physiotherapy may be nice for some, but I definitely wanted the fitness mode levels of torque and speed.I don't regret this purchase and I don't believe you will either!”

“If your active get one period, It's solving all my lingering injuries over time. Just make sure you make time for your therapy/rehab sessions all my slow to heal areas have graduated to the next level of recovery after months of ice/heat and stretching.”
