Since I've started using this massage gun I've been feeling a big relieve. I like to use at the highest setting, which is just the right amount of pressure for me. It does have 6 settings though, that you can control for different parts of the body. The size and weight is just great for my hands. I can't hold heavy stuff because if artrites. My husband and I have been taking turns on using the massage gun. He loves to use the different head sizes and how much relief he gets by using it after shower.”
