“It was very weak, didn't give my muscles a deep massage at all, in fact, I barely felt anything. Also, it only vibrates, doesn't have the 3D type of punching motion, which would be technically the most important factor. The variation of heads is pretty good. Although they do tend to fall out when you start up the machine. All in all, if you don't want to spend much money, go for it, it's more than nothing, but personally, I returned it and decided to spend 100 bucks more to get a significantly better product.”
