“We purchased one of these a few weeks ago and the first time we tried it my husband and I were shocked at how loud it was. It sounded like a jackhammer in the living room. Any sort of relief it was trying to provide by vibrations was being cancelled out by clenching our teeth from the noise. We were debating if we should return it, or exchange it. We decided to give an exchange a try because the reviews of the product were good. I am very glad we did. The second one is great - it is MUCH MUCH quieter than the first one.
